We have an immediate need for an - Ultrasound Technologist - for a hospital located in Boulder, CO. Below are additional details:
Notes: Sonographer I am looking for more general/ OB experience must have experience scanning vascular
Under the direction of a radiologist, performs ultrasound examinations at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. Performs a variety of technical imaging procedures that require independent judgment, appropriate technical skills in ultrasonography, and a commitment to patient safety, all of which are considered requisite professional characteristics for individuals assuming the position as a sonographer.
Epic experience preferred
Education: Completion of hospital or college program in noninvasive sonography approved by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP).
Certificate/License/Registry: Registry as a sonographer in a subspecialty(s) appropriate to the position by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS). Current certification in Basic Life Support for Health Care Provider (CPR).
Experience: Preferably, 1 year of professional work experience in performing ultrasound (US) imaging studies.
